Our Origins
Barcook Bakery started in May 2008 with a small kitchen in Hong Lim Complex.

Our Belief
Quality and freshness are the key ingredients in our buns and cakes .

Naturally, only the finest components go into the making of our confectionery items. Our buns are freshly-baked and served “still warm” from the oven all day. Cakes are handcrafted inhouse.

Not for us the soullessness of machine-produced pieces. This is why all our buns and cakes are carefully handcrafted by a dedicated team of passionate and experienced chefs on-site.
